Common questions

What are welcome-bonus credits?
Every account starts with 30 bonus AI coach credits on top of your monthly allowance. They're only spent once you reach your monthly limit, and they never expire — so you can really get to know your coach before the cap matters.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with proration; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Investor-only features like Investments and Custom Insights simply become unavailable until you upgrade again — all your data stays safe.
How do I cancel?
Choose “Downgrade to Free” on the Free plan. You keep full access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, nothing is deleted, and you can undo it any time before it takes effect.
