October was about getting closer to the coaches, and about making the everyday parts of the app quicker.
The coaches open up
You have spent some good time with the coaches. Now they want to tell you something about themselves. When your bond with a coach grows, they share a story from their own past: how they learned something about money, sometimes the hard way. You choose how you answer them, and the story goes the way your answer takes it.
Every story ends with something fun the coach gives you to keep. You will be surprised!
Adding transactions is faster
Money In & Out has a new input panel above the table, and it replaces the old add row at the bottom:
Type a sum into the Amount box, like
12.50+8+4.20, and the app adds it up for you.Pick a category from a grid, or tap one of last month’s regular entries to add it again in one tap.
Copy rows from a spreadsheet and paste them in all at once. This allows you to bring a large amount of rows at once without having to type them in one by one.
On the phone it is the same panel, behind the Add transaction button. Every balance box on Net Worth takes sums too.
See what adds up to a figure
In Insights → Month by Month, click or tap any figure to see what adds up to it. One category in one month shows its entries. A longer span shows a total for each month. The Growth tab now opens on your net worth forecast.
